Effective ministry involves leaving the ivory tower of our church and moving onto the grounds of our neighborhood.

About Us: The Women of Excellence was founded in 2006 by the Spirit of God. Although, it had not 

manifested til July 2013, we can finally say, we thank God that it has come before us.

Women of Excellence International Fellowship was designed to help women recognize and destroy the yokes that keep them from excelling, adding help with their spiritual and emotional healing; and we encourage women to develop and utilize their talents. 

Today the ministry exists through the leading of the Spirit and by the partnership of our visionary Pastor Leonora Wells and is currently growing to another level in Christ.

W.O.E. Vision: We envision ourselves as a vehicle that will provide Women of Excellence International Fellowship the knowledge and wisdom through our Women's study, curriculum series, one-on-one meetings, evaluations and recorded testimonies to track the process of the participating women’s spiritual development.

W.O.E. Purpose: To meet the needs of every woman, while strengthening our spiritual being, mind, body, and soul. 

W.O.E. Mission: This ministry will consist of 5 main functions. (1) Women's Study (2) Support (3) Fun and fellowship (4) Evangelism/Outreach (5) Prayer and fasting.

Women of Excellence International Fellowship will utilize the assistance of other out-side, along with our in-house ministries, to support the needs of existing women’s issues.

We will achieve this by promoting fellowship through conferences, seminars, workshops, intercessory prayer and fasting, and activities that create friendship and sisterhood among women.  The ministry will also encourage community services, special events as well as our W.O.E. Flow talent enhancement ministry to utilize your gifts.
